Changes to terms and conditions

16. Shaping Your Destiny reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will have immediate effect upon posting the information to the site. Your continued use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of these terms and conditions and if applicable any modifications.

Governing law

17. This agreement and the disclaimers and exclusions contained in it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Shaping Your Destiny and the Customer hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18.    All items are posted via Recorded Delivery in the UK. All items sent international are sent International Recorded. No guarantee can be given regarding items sent outside the UK as, generally these are untraceable. These goods are despatched at the risk of the purchaser unless they request additional insurance before shipping. We can send items via DHL or similar carrier at the extra cost to the customer. Please contact the company before ordering for a proper despatch cost.
